Hey guys, I may have a drug test coming up. I've got to go to court on charges of possession of paraphernalia - and it is possible they will want to drug test me.

I'm fairly sure that this will be a urine test with a dip stick, no lab or gc/ms as I have had a friend get tested at the facility they use and he told me it was a NIDA 5 dip stick test.

On the day of my court date I will have not smoked in 14 days. Prior to that I was a fairly heavy smoker. I'm Male, 6', 200lbs.

I've got 7 THC test assays off of ebay that I get to test with to see if I can get dilution to work, My plan is to try and sneak in/sub a friends urine who I know is clean (I have tested it, its clean, he doesn't smoke at all) however, if I am being watched, I may not be able to use it, and therefore will have to use my own urine. God I hope this works. :( :( :(

The funny thing is, I may not even have to take a drug test. I just want to be ready in case I do. I'll update this thread as I get results back from my home tests.

Well I'll be damned. The dilution thing really does work. SWEET!!!!

I drank about 96oz of water, took 2 emergen C vitamin packet things (has lots of b2,b12,etc in it) to try and maintain color, and voided around 8-10 times in a 2 hour period.

I just tested with a home test I purchased on ebay that has a 50ng cutoff.

It came back NEGATIVE!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:thumbsup::jointsmile:

I should note however, the thc line was EXTREMELY faint, but you could see it. Its my understanding that on these types of test that means negative, and the the color/intensity of the line doesn't really matter.

here are a few pics of the test I just took. you can see how faint the T (thc test line) line is. The C (control line) is nice and solid. I'm sorry the pics are crappy its from a cellphone camera.

I'm pretty stoked to know that this works. I didn't even take aspirin, etc. Also, as of when I took this test it had been 11 days since I smoked. I have 3 more days until I *might* have to take a drug test, so that will be a total of 14 days. As I stated in the original post, I was a very heavy smoker prior to going clean - 1g/day of nugget for the past - hell - forever....heh

I should also note that without the dilution technique, I fail in FLYING colors. like, not even the slightest hint of the THC line.

Also, I forgot to ask - are specific gravity and creatine tested for in dip stick type testing?

I don't think they are/can't see how they could be tested for. Is that what the control thing is? I've been taking creatine for bodybuilding for a few days now to try and keep my levels up. I just want to cover all of my bases.

The control line isn't for clarity of creatine. It is the line to help determine that the test strip is working properly. If you are wanting to take any and all precautions, I would suggest to take the tums and aspirin as described in the sticky. It would be better to cover your a## to do the complete thing in case they send it to the lab. I've been on probation for a while and for the first few times I had to do a UA my test were sent to a lab. Once they thought I was legent it was only dip stick test. Courts tend to EXPECT people to try to cheat so they want to cover their a##es as well.

I don't think they are/can't see how they could be tested for. Is that what the control thing is? Specimen integrity checks can be performed on a seperate dipstick, or it can be performed on a multipanel "cup" or "cassette" type drug assay that features a built-in integ check. Examples of these types of test kits can be found on both the craigmedical and meditests websites.

The 'C' region of an assay kit stands for control region. A line appearing in the 'C' region means that the test is performing properly. If no line appears in the 'C' region, the test kit is either defective or the test wasnt performed properly.

If a line appears in both the 'C' region and the 'T' region ( 'T' stands for test region), the test is negative, regardless of how faint the line appears on 'T'.

If a line only appears in the 'C' region and not both the 'C' and 'T' region, the test is positive.

Hope that helps some
