Plants laying down

I have 5 plants that are just over 4 weeks old, (4 NL, 1 Mazar), I have two small desk fans on them but I foolishly turned one of the fans off and now a few of my plants are starting to lie down, almost looks like LST but that wasn't my intention. What would be the best way to get them to straiten up and strengthen their stem at soil. Soil is Fox Farm ocean forest with about 1/4 perlite.

Are you still in a vegging light cycle?. Have you transplanted yet? How tall are the plants?

Perhaps, transplant into a larger pot and bury the stems deeper.

Yes they are still in veg light cycle, they have been transplanted, and they are around 10" tall, or long rather.

What do you mean by "laying down"? got a pic?

Which brings us to the question....what kind of light are you using?

At the moment I don't have the ability to upload photos. But by laying down I mean that the stem runs along the soil for about 6 inches but still grows up towards the light for about the last 3-4 inches of the stem. It just doesn't seem like it would be very strong/stable.

Plants lay down because the stem isn't strong. It works like this - plants need wind to knock them around a little. Plants respond by strengthening the stem and will stand upright. without getting some excercise by wind, believe it or not, plants remain weak and will fall over. It's that simple. The wind must be on them from the time they are very young. Also if a plant's light is too far away, the stem will stretch, become weak, and the plant will also fall over.
