Test Tomorrow

I have been reading alot this morning and guess I still have a few questions. I am 6' 4" 280lbs I have been averaging about 128oz+ water for two days now I am taking my dietary supplements - Lipo 6, niacin, animalpak. I have a test tomorrow afternoon I have smoked 2 times in the past 3 weeks. Besides the water intake is there anything else that I should try to do besides the 60$ drink?

Change the water for a sports drink like Gatorade. Good luck...:thumbsup:

Thanks for the input. I also ran this morning for 1hr and did as my brother called it the niacin burn basically intaking 1500mg of niacin. I will grab a powerade. Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

For added peace of mind, go buy a THC drug test at your local pharmacy or walmart. Test yourself and see how you stand. The $16 you spend for the home test is worth the worry until the real thing.
