yes

I work out 1-3 times a week of 30 min cardio and weight lifting

I managed to lose 25 lbs 175 to 150 now my BMI is around 22% perfect for my height

I smoke everyday and I feel slightly tired after smoking but not significantly

I also have recently changed my diet to include more fiber and healthy veggies and fruits etc

Im a mean fitness machine and bud still makes me tired. If I feel tired from a blaze and I go workout though it perks me back up better than any cold shower

I think the higher your tolerance is the less likely you are too get hella tired and fall asleep.

Yeah, but you smoke yourself out all day and you'll eventually be tired, no matter how high your tolerance. We all had those days.

Ah, I wake up at 7 am and go to sleep around 1, but on a weekend, sometimes I pass out at 3-4 in the afternoon after toking all day. I'm simply not as used to toking all day as you are. Only on a weekend would I get the opportunity to do so. So I take it back.

on my days off if i have nothing to do i will happily just lounge on the sofa all day smoking shitloads thats when by late afternoon i useally have a few ZZZZZs.i find if i don't keep active i sometimes do feel tired, but don't think it has anything to do with tollerance, as i've been smoking 25 yrs, smoke 24/7 and have a high tollerance, i think it is the lazy stoner syndrome with me.

I actually think the potency has to do with how burnt you get. For some reason, when I first started smoking, it was real high quality shizzle, then I stopped for awhile and when I started back up the only thing I could get my hands on was mids; it always left me ready to nap after I was coming down. But on friday I got some headies again, maybe the best I've ever had. I walked about 3 miles and it was the highest I've ever been and then I wasn't tired at all, in fact it probably gave me energy. I had 2 hours of sleep and was wide awake. That was a fun night:stoned:

I think physical and mental wellness have large effects on getting tired. I if you aren't physically fit then yeah I agree weed will wear you down pretty hard. Also if you are stressed out alot then it will also tire you.

I think it is based solely on your state of mind before you smoke. If you are in a relaxed mood, it will amplify it. If you are party central, you'll probably have the best meaningless and meandering conversations of your life.

I find that I can control my level of awareness quite well when I'm high. If I'm out somewhere, I can engage myself into everyone or I can sit back and people watch and not space out. Also, when I'm coming down off a high I usually tend to become more and more awake. Strange.

If you smoke late at night, you'll get tired. Smoke in the morning :D You may be tired but it'll wear off.

the weed acts on the brain! while physical stamina does play a certain part, you may not feel tired and be able to move around and not feel tired, the brain is going to be sluggish depending on lots of factors of the smoking session. Since MJ acts on the brain it is what gets worn out, you could exercise every day, then smoke more than your used to, and bam, your down for the count. And i dont even think that being mentally sharp would help any, its just a dont smoke weed that will make you sleepy, if you dont want to get tired, aka before work/some fun activity. Also, try eating a good 30-60 minutes before smoking, not only will it reduce your munchies, but the food will have begun to be turned into energy for your body, and will help your brain get the necessary amount of calories to stay awake.

If you do get tired after smoking, one thing you can try is to have someone slap the shit out of you and yell, "Wake up you lazy bastard!"

If you actually fall asleep, you can have someone dump a bucket of ice water on you. That will usually work.
