Well guys and gals... I've finally gone to HID lighting, and BOY does it make a huge difference!!!! Had this running for a couple months now, and I'm 3 weeks into flower and am loving my results so far. I've been keeping the ph b/t 5.8 and 6.0 daily and using a modified latewood's recipe. Finally gotten rid of all "grow" (except a tsp each 14 gal. res change). Been using a little calmag and liquid karma, although I hate how the LK makes the water nasty.... I'm finding hard to reach 1k ppm without some other supplements like calmag and LK. Guess I should buy some Kool Bloom or something, but I'll wait to see what your responses are.

So I'm three weeks into flower and am waiting to use my molases to boost them up and follow with a three day prior to harvest flush. Any ideas?

Temp is a constant 77.8 during the day and drops to 65 during the dark period.

Active exhaust from the top of my 400 HPS sunburst system that routes into the attic.

We took a squirrel cage fan from an HVAC unit and mounted a 6-4" reducer to it and put the DIY carbon scrubber from ChildOfBodom (believe that's the genius' name), and it SURE works wonderfully.

Any tips ya'll can provide? Everything seems in order, but since I invested some serious cash in lighting and ventilation, I'd like to make sure I get a super crop.... btw... it's just some DANK bagseed... nothing to write home about.

Thanks to everyone that's ever posted, because without you all, I would know absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

btw... I don't have a signature yet, but all info in this post is purely fictional.

.... wait a second.... never heard of that problem before!!!

I know I need to get my humidity around or below 50% during latter flowering... but the humidity being thrown into the attic can cause mold & mildew?

hmmmmm

The 4" ducting is coming through the ceiling and, after removing the insulation around the duct by a foot all around, just sends the heat from the sunburst into the attic.

There may be an attic fan installed... I'm such a noob for not knowing this, but should have checked. That would fix the problem if it's there.... if NOT.... then I'm SOL.

I can't cut a hole in the roof... and I'm not sure about the ducting up there... heck... guess I COULD just T the ducting for the A/C and push the heat into the line, unless it would feed right back into the room.....

And to think I had it all planned out... shame on me!

Please help!

(and thanks Rick!!!!)

living in the south... we have a higher humidity than average (or so I assumed). What should I do, man? I won't be at the safe house til this weekend.... I know it can wait that long, but then what's my best course of action???
