cannabis in general will mess up your short term memory while high, so it isn't exactly the thing you want for that

if you want to learn to focus do some meditation or something:rasta:

am i the only one who realizes that cannabis only amplifies your present mindset???

The smart get smarter and the stupid get stupider. it's just a shame that it seems like more stupid people smoke pot than smart people!

Focus your mind yourself, and cannabis will accent that focus.

Thats SO true that its even frightening...

it's just a shame that it seems like more stupid people smoke pot than smart people!

The problem is the number of smart people is far smaller than the number of stupid people... so more stupid people do anything (not only smoke pot) than smart people... its just statistics...

And for the OP: it seems that indica strains helps people with ADD/ADHD to keeping focused... the effects of indica strains is to slow down the mind. In "normal" persons it can impair their performance, but in persons with ADD/ADHD this slowing down can bring their hyper-fast-thinking minds to a speed that allow they function better, as it seems the problem of ADD/ADHD is exactly to have a mind that is too fast to work properly.
So, if you have ADD/ADHD, smoke some indica. If you have not, i think smoking wont help you very much to stay more focused than sober... but you could also try some puffs of some indica... as smoking is always enjoyable, and not only for medical purposes...
