Get thyself an Orange. Eat it. Place a piece of the peel in the jar with thine nugs. Check periodically until re-hydrated to your satisfaction.

^Exactly
if you don't want to use an orange peel you can use a freshly picked leaf.

I wouldnt put anything in yet until your weed is cured. wait a day or two after you put them in the mason jar... usually they should get a bit more moist as the moisture in the buds evens out unless your buds are like BONE DRY. how long did you hang them for?

if they just went into the jar, then bluntwiz is right, if you seal the jar, any
moisture contained within the buds will migrate outward and re-hydrate the
buds so that they will feel moist again.
it that's not the case then IAmKowalski is right although using an orange
peel will alter the taste of your buds, maybe not a bad thing, but very
definately different.
the best thing you can do, if possible, is to just put some moist buds in
with the dry ones, then, in a few hours, the moisture will migrate from the
fresh buds, to the dry buds
if that's not possible, put a piece of celery in with the buds, it will re-hydrate
your weed without altering the flavor.
