Seeds won't stay in rapid rooters! What do I do?

These white russian seeds just keep shooting themselves out of my rapid rooters and its only been a couple days. What do they want me to do so they'll stay put?

I've never had this problem but you could pack some soil into the little hole to provide resistance.

I do this anyway to protect the initial root from light; which is a good idea IMO.

Turn RR upside down.
Slit deeply with exacto knife.
Place seed tap down about 1/4" into slit.
Give just a couple drops water.
Enjoy.
