Stinky Help with IMG code (computer people help please)

How do I turn on my IMG from off to ON?? Also the HTML from off to on??? I updated my computer and now I can't post phot's and I need help with advise on if some of my plants are ready to harvest. When I click on the link I get a blank page,,,,,,,,,,,,,Stinky are you out there??? Can you help me with this????

If your using IE just go to the tools/Internet Options/Advanced.
About 3/4's of the way down you'll see a show pictures box. Make sure there is a check in that box and restart IE
