the Quentin hotel has been refurbished and sits right in the heart of the dam with 50 rooms they also do a reduction on group bookings

Lived there for 5months in 03, loved the place, you got to find a good coffee shop, I recomend "Amnesia" nice quiet place, not far from everything and a great selection of weed and hash. Backgammon, chess, pinball and company abound! (sounds like a travel ad! LOL

ever been to amsterdam duppy?
on a number of occasions the last time was in 2002 and that was 6 nurses on a bender stayred in very small guest house 6 rooms we shared 2 rooms which he was not happy with but as it was only a weekend break i think he though what the fuck, must say I've never stayed at the quinten seen the recently refurbished add. and the location seems ok it would be great if a group went from Can. com what do you think

I've never been to Amsterdam, but I have heard this also. I hear a lot of the dutch growers are still using a lot chemical fertilizers in their bud and the selection of bio/organic buds is not that great.

yeah, I would imagine that the bud is of better quality in the US, because in Amsterdam, they grow commercially.. in other words, grown quicker, cheaper, and with maximum output. I dont think bud grown that way will ever be as good as home grown
