I'm supposed to get a letter from my campus police saying they're charging me with possesion of marijuana and a court date but the letter supposedly isnt going to come for another 2 months at the earliest. Could I still smoke up until i get my letter?

Dude you're like the 4th or 5th person this past month or two that got caught on campus...I really don't get how so many people get keep getting caught...:wtf:
not getting caught is ridiculously simple...you just have to take a number precautions...each and every time you smoke...
anyway...I don't see why you can't smoke for another month or so...personally I'd wise up and just stop until you're done with this court shit...which may be a long while considering you may get probation...best of luck though...

*Sigh. If I knew I had an interview next month, I would not dye my hair pink. But that's just me...

Unless you were being interviewed about try-outs for the role of "Frenchy" in a GREASE revival...;)

Stinkyattic said it right, don't be stupid.. Not an insult, but my friend had the ''fuck its'' and kept smoking.. Guess what? He got 1 year of IOP.. Still had the ''fuck its'' and kept smoking all throughout out patient and was the only one not to be tested for 8 months.. He got kicked out and charged not because of a failed drug test, because he didn't care enough to go every week. If you wanna go to AA and out patient, keep smoking!!!

i was wondering what the hell is wrong with the state you are in. where i am at possession is like getting a traffic ticket.pay fine that's it(kinda like legalizing it and getting taxes on it without making the price go down:) )..court for possession.. ouch i couldn't possibly give any advise to this because i don't live in ur state but what i would say is find someone you know who has gone through your exact set of circumstances and see what they went through...for sure if there is any mention of any kind of possible program or meeting thing where a test might be given stop smoking now . getting probation type involvement in your life can snowball into major trouble (i have a few friends who's lives were ruined in large part to probation for small offenses to the law)
good luck ...
that which doesn't kill you makes u stronger.... how strong do you want to be?
