Hello i have two g13s 1 is small and bushy the other is tall with hardly as much leafs, what do you think i could do to change this?

how far away are the lights from the plants, there are many methods such as LST to make a plant more ''bushier''

both come from feminised seeds. lights about 2-4 inches away. using a 250watt ecolight
