Man accused of drunken driving on riding mower

IRON MOUNTAIN LAKE, Mo. (AP) - An eastern Missouri man was accused of drunken driving on a riding lawnmower. The suspect, whose name has not been released, was suspected of being involved in a disturbance on Sunday.

On Monday, police got a tip that the man was at a home. An officer went to the home saw the man driving down a street on a riding mower, pulling a trailer with a case of beer. Police say the man also had a flask of whiskey in his pocket.

The man's blood alcohol registered at .115, well above the state legal limit of 0.08.

The man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

I don't know about you, but riding lawn mowers are fun as hell.

I have a good time mowing my grandpa's place.

Yeah we have one too. Has a little canopy on it and everything.

I just wouldn't ride it down the street under the influence haha.

Hahaha noooo it's not a golf cart. I WISH we had a golf cart haha.

John's dad bought it from John Deer. I hink it's a waste of money but oh well haha.

sometimes it only requires an ignorant, uninformed idiot without even being that drunk!

I think idiocy has to do with it more than drunkenness, idiots get high and say stupid silly shit that wont make sense to most average potheads, they get drunk and almost certainly they get into some trouble like this! and god help people when these idiots do other drugs, that just gets really fucked up

but yeah, I'm way more of an erb person than drinks...

Ya I don't drink either, seems kind of silly he'd get a DUI I guess less rediculous than somebody being on a bike or something, you could chop a little kid up with a lawn mower I suppose it is dangerous...
