Are you trying to find one to buy?
Check your smoke shops. I know roor makes a hookah style table/floor bubbler. http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/8002/img0180ya8.jpg
You can also use a hookah and just buy a regular size bowl. Maybe make some adjustments so it sits and seals well.
