This is a clone from,i believe to be a skunk strain .I have kush clones as well. They all have had the same conditions but this girl an her twins have been showing these sign on the leaves since vegging under a 400 mh. they otherwise seem healthy.
I've looked around and seems it could be several things .
I need to pinpiont this to get rid of this before it gets worse.
Any input appreciated :)
Thanx
the last pic was when it was vegging they are now on 12/12 for a week

I'm no expert but I'd guess a nutrient deficiency caused by either a ph imbalance, or a lack of micronutrients probably sulfur which works best with a ph of 6.0 to 9.0, maybe get a micronutrient solution like Earth Juice Microblast. Basically a safe ph for all nutrients would be 6.5 to 7.0. I'd say your best bet would be to raise your ph. Dolomite lime, hardwood ash, bone meal, crushed marble, or crushed oyster shells, potassium hydroxide will raise your ph.

sorry that runoff ph is 6.5 :wtf:stoned
thanx for the quick reply
I do have lime in the soil .ph seems to be fine feeding @ 400ppm 6.8,6.9 ph
with a 6.5 runoff.
also a little calmag plus @ 3 ml per gal.
The cush clones are showing no signs of this just the skunk

Haha stop it guys!

Okay First set of plants, too big for the pots. Re-pot into 2 or 3 gallon pots of fresh promix.

Small plant leaf pic, looks blurry and miner-y but indoors I'm going with THRIPS. You can spray with any vegetable safe spray that has pyrethrin as an active ingredient. I've been a bad bad non-organic girl lately and have been using a permethrin based spray  marketed as 'kitchen and bath insect killer' and I think made by HotShot. Wouldn't use that shit in flower, though!

Repotted :)

Stinky ,you helped me earlier on with the thrips and I have been neeming them, but i thought the signs of thrips were different .
Is it too late to use pyrethrin? ... they are a couple weeks in bud
I have a pest strip in the veg room now(resin vaporizer strip with dichlovos insecticide):stoned: ,will that get rid of them? if so, can it be used in bud room? and till when?
Heres a pic of one of the leaves .some leaves are like that all over.
Thanx again for all the help :hippy:out

Can you get a non-blurry pic of the whole plant, propping up the camera on something?
That looks like variegation, not a pest issuse.
You can use pyrethrin up to ~3 weeks before harvest no prob. But you are right, that does not look like bugs.
Oh- stop neeming next week too and if you still need to treat with a horticultural oil, you can run SMC leaf wash instead, MUCH longer into flower. It's coriander oil.

oh heres the rest of the girls waiting to be moved :) I swapped out the 400 MH for the six cfls...theoretically 600w ....seems to be working fine, just need to keep the room a little warmer

ok heres the latest pics.
the evident signs that were showing on the leaves seem to be fading, but the leaves still dont look very healthy
since the transplant I noticed signs of the thrips agian on the lower leaves.(no prob) ;)
But that other issue on the leaves was really stumping me, everything seemed to be good as far as temps, ph, ppm, and overall conditions.
Found this online
Wikipedia
" Nutrient deficiency symptoms may cause a temporary or variable yellowing in specific zones on the leaf. Iron and magnesium deficiencies are common causes of this."

They were being fed very lightly 20/20/20, 400ppm, 6.8ph, 6.5 runoff, but the temps in the veg room were quite cool, low 70's and mid to low 60's at night.

What u think?

oh, I will be changing my nutes to General hydroponics micro, gro, and bloom.the nutes i was using were quite old.
