So the other night I was visiting my friend at a private college not too far from the private university that I attend. We lit up a bowl, and somehow someway the smell got out of his room, into the common room in his suite, and then out into the hallway.

However the hell the smell got out (probably absentmindedness with open doors), as we were fleeing in anxiety, the RAs stopped us before we could leave and questioned us. So we admitted to smoking, saying we just smoked a joint and that we didn't possess anything else. So we got written up... they took down our names, acknowledging that I wasn't a student at the school. But they took down my info from my school ID so they know what school I go to. The friend I was visiting will have consequences.

Luckily, no cops were involved, but I'm still worried about this. I have federal loans and scholarships and junk, and I don't want that to be affected.

What I'm wondering is, do you think the college I was caught at will notify my college about the incident? My first instinct is no, and same with most people that I ask, but I'm still pretty concerned.

the same thing happened to me last year with a friend of mine visiting. the RAs took all his info and he told them he went to another school. the cops were actually called just for a weed smell haha but no one was busted

I'm reading these stories way to often...There's a old saying,"Don't shit where you eat"...
If a person is lucky enough to have the privilege of going to college,I don't think they should jeopardize this with illegal activities at the school...The more I hear these stories,it makes me think that many of these "smart" college kids are missing "page 8",which is COMMON SENSE!!!:wtf:
