As we know that aging is a natural phenomenon, I would like to know does smoking marijuana interferes with the natural process of aging? Does it increase
or decrease the process of aging?

I would like the members to put some light on this matter.

I've been smoking weed off and on, since DEC 1967. I don't think it helps, anything...nor, do I think it hurts, anything. IMO....

Aging, is in the genes.

I dont know if smoking marijuana interferes with the natural process of aging, but i have heard that as soon as you start having sex the aging process speeds up.

And got this.....
Aging and Medical Marijuana
AGING (http://66.218.69.11/search/cache?ei=UTF-8&p=cannabis+aging&fr=yfp-t-501&u=www.safeaccessnow.org/downloads/aging_brochure.pdf&w=cannabis+aging+age+ages&d=KK1g6fReRbwA&icp=1&.intl=us)

But, I think you are more interested in "cosmetic" aging- how you look.

Smoking anything will give you lines around your mouth- as will using a soda straw, whistling or playing a flute! (So smile a lot and they don't show! ;) ) My hair is dark with a few silver "sparkles", I get around pretty well, my health is good, and most folks guess I'm in my late 40s/early 50s, when I'm in my 60s. They are shocked to find that I have a 34 year old son! Partly good genetics, but I think cannabis plays a role, too.

Incidentally, my only "beauty treatment" consists of rubbing my face, hands and arms with hemp seed oil (from the health food store) most evenings. I rarely use makeup (job interviews, parties, etc). I use Dr. Bronner's hemp oil soap (also at the h.f. store. great stuff, TRY IT!).

Stress definitely ages you! Cannabis relieves stress. I work in a rather high stress job (special ed), but I'm there, smiling, every day! Cannabis helps me "let go" of my job every night.

Now click the link in my sig and learn more about cannabis!

I believe smoking of any kind dehydrates you so I drink plenty water to stop my skin drying. :)
