What do you people think about MMJ and age? Should it be 18+ only? 21+ only?
18+, accompanied by someone 21+? Any age, but under 18 w/ parental guardian of course?

I personally don't think pain has an age limit and it should be used at any age as long if under 18, their parents are monitoring. Recently I have noticed more strict and strict rules regarding co-ops involving age. Do you think these guidelines really keep people from abusing the system? Or will this happen regardless?

In terms of these new guidelines I think they are making MMJ into something it isn't, and away from what it needs to be, which is a scheduled and controlled medicine. Although it doesn't fit into the normal idea of scheduled and controlled it still needs to happen differently. They seem to be making it into a type of medical/recreational legal, which I really don't like.
Make it one, or the other, or both.

That being said in general I say legalize it, tax selling and large grow-ops.

Any age under doc supervision, just like all that chemical crap we shove down our childrens' collective throats these days in the name of keeping them from fidgeting in a classroom of 30+ kids because they are bored... oops, I mean... "because they have ADD". Yeah... that's the ticket

Exactly!!! They dont have to get stoned thats not the point of MMJ for some i mean. Its about getting the help they need with no side effects or not having to take this pill to counter that pill which this pill makes it worse and you start to bleed from your anal area. Use the tree of life! Use it correctly.

I think it should be legal for all 18+ and under 18 w/ a parents permission.

I would say if they do not need it medically then it should go just like alcohol, 21. If they need it then the dr. should be able to give you a good idea on how much they need. teenagers are gonna want to use with friends so i would say parents nee to be involved with their close friends and even meet the others parents. but yea if you need it and dont want pil form of drugs then marijuana is the best alternative if you dont need it for any medical reason wait till you are 21.

I respectfully disagree. Most of the world finds 18 the proper drinking age. I agree. We need to decide what "adult" is. If one can be drafted, taxed, and punished like an adult they should be able to care for their bodies like an adult. 18+ should also be the smoking age. With underage use under medical supervision. Dr. Lester Grinspoon gave his dying son MMJ to help comfort him. It has led to a 40+ year fight to let the truth about MMJ out.

Twenty-one and up should be able to puff, as much as they want. Under eighteen, they should get tested (by a newer, improved system), and, they must keep under .25 ng. The penalty for going above .25 should be that they must grow, and maintain, a cannabis garden, giving away 90% of their yield. Thirty percent goes to the government, so they can give it to those who need it. The other sixty percent goes to friends and relatives.

Eighteen to twenty-one year-olds get tested, but, must give away 65% to friend and relatives, 5% to the government, and, 30% goes into storage (and personal use). Maybe, a little higher THC-count, also.

Personal use is not banned. The more penalties, the more cannabis gardens.

Why should we tax it? That's discrimination. Tax those who don't grow, but, the growers get it, free?

We would worry less about the economy, if the world was being overrun by cannabis gardens. We could tax all forms of aggression.

What age? I think you should explore life, first. A good dozen years.

Im not sure if youre completely insane.... or simply genius! But Ive been told that they go hand and hand in some!

the hole in your theory is that 18-21 have little motivation and if they have to give away 65% you wont put much effort in it. Maybe we should give some incentive like it wipes out a bad grade on a report card or helps pay for half of their first car.

I feel as long as your an adult(18) than you and only you get to decided what goes in your body, as for minors, there must be a doctors referral/prescription.

18-21 still have to test under .25 ng of THC, in their blood, and, cannabis can maintain potency for up to two years, at room temperature, so they could store it for their 21st birthday.

Interesting incentives. I don't think that I'd want to exchange 2 nanograms of THC for a "C", that would drop my grade off of the dean's list. And, what kind of car would be payed-half for, a Yugo? That won't help our economy! Maybe, a hydrogen car. Or, a nuclear-fission car that runs off of a cup of water.

half of whatever they want. The profits from the turned in MJ goes towards a car. Hey, IDK. Its better than all these punks I see in brand new cars mommy and daddy bought them, on credit!
