View Full Version : Estimate when I should be clean

I've been smoking daily for almost two years. The last time I smoked was exactly one week ago. I'm 5'10 - 140 lbs. I have less than 5 percent body fat. I've been running every other day. I also weight lift three days a week and do perfect push ups every other day. I take green tea vitamins every once in a while because this girl told me it speeds up you're metabolism. I took a urine test yesterday and failed. If you guys had to take a guess how long do you all think it will take for me to get clean?

u weight lift three days a week and ur 5'10, 140? think u might need to hit the weights a lil harder bro and eat more....but thats besides the point... but daily habitual usage can be detected for a while like 63 days from what ive heard but it just all depends.... all i can tell u to do is drink alot of water keep running a lot and sweat hopefully you'll pass whenever u need to... I stopped smoking 36 days ago and was a daily user for at least two almost three years and i failed a drug test for a job the other day (day 32 of being off the pot) and i work out daily, sweat alot and id say my metabolisms pretty good,but i weigh 190 at ur height so its probly a different story for me. Most ppl say a month but obviously that wasnt the story for me so good luck!

If u gotta be clean by a certain time then u can get a cleansing kit at gnc or some other health store. Not the drink that masks ur piss for a few hours, but like a week long cleanse, if u got til the end of october id say times on ur side considering ur at 5% body fat just water water water and run run run until ur clean. but if it gets within a week of crunch time and ur still not clean then its time to start panicking then hit up gnc

Well, it's a test at MEPS. If worse comes to worse I'll just tell the recruiter I changed my mind until I can pass the drug test lol. I'm afraid to tell the usmc recruiter b/c I hear he'll just tell me to go away. Also, if I can''t pass it do drug test at MEPS check for diluted samples?
