I've a 7th week pollinated(fully) seedy female that is growing outdoors
i was wondering if it is possible to revegg it outdoors?
if it is how do I do it?

reveg outdoors?? you sure can if you have the power to make the sun stay up and not go down for an extra 6 hours

You won't be able to reveg outdoors until winter is over and spring has sprung :)
Not enough hours of sunlight in the day right now, and the days are getting shorter.

what if i take it inside and get around 3 cfls? will it be enough? will it get used to it after gettin light from the sun?

if it is seeded you should just skip the veg process and try to grow them seeds. your risking infesting your house with bugs

why bugs? its bug free. its growin in my garden and i sometimes bring it in(the plant is in a pot) for the night coz its gettin too cold

when you harvest, leave as much of the greenery on the plant as possible while taking off the buds. take your potted plant indoors, give her a dose of veg ferts and put it under as much light as you can for a minimum of 20 hours/day...some use 24/0 to reveg. treat it as you would any other vegging plants and with a little luck it'll start new growth but don't expect a harvest as big as the 1st one...most people reveg to take clones off and grow them.
