ya its just a plastic cup and ya its on my roof and it gets so hot on the roof in the summer where the plant gets too hot and im pretty sure it stunts the growth of the plant... im not sure though

small cup= small roots=small plant.

your right, hot roof=stunted growth.

in my opinion it would not be worth growing a plant for maybe a bowls worth. A lot of risk for almost nothing. :twocents:

ya i know there is a lot of risks but im going to keep growing it .... so do you think it will plump up near the last two weeks?

not really. if you started out earlier and transplanted as the plant got bigger it would definitely fatten up. But you started late in the season, the plant is in a tiny cup, and the roots are probably taking a beating being on a hot roof......at this point i think the plant is just trying to survive rather than put energy into fattening up. again my:twocents:

any more pics?
