A number of things to consider when your deciding when to flip,(go 12/12)... The amount of room you have to grow in and the strength of your lights,(are they strong enough to penetrate your plant canopy,if your plants double in size),are two very important factors...:420thought:

I'm a noob but I can help a bit...I think. Like DTRave420 said, wait until your plants are 1/2 the height you want them to finish at. If you are using cfl's, I wouldn't let them get too much bigger because the light penatration won't be very good. If you are going to switch to HPS or MV...then I would let them go for a bit. The plants look good so far. Keep up the good work.

I wouldn't let them get more than 12" tall when initiating flowering. It's not unusual for plants from seed to triple their height.

I think grey1223 meant start your 12/12 light cycle when the plants reach 12" tall. I would lose the mirrors...IMHO, I think mirrors create hot spots and tend to burn your plants. It's like someone shining the sun into your eyes with a mirror.
