wolf~ i have no idea what exactly happened.... it was in the dark area since it's an outdoor plant.... (i mean really outdoor) but there was typhoon few days ago so i moved it the attic and i figured it was sunny today so i'd just get it out to absorb some sunshine and when i went to check again just now... it's what you see now.... i have no idea what happened too... anyway i can fix it?

Have you tried watering it?
Edit: Looked closer at the pic, soil looks dark (=damp?) but does that pot have drainage? It's too small for that plant btw. You could have root rot, also whatever your fert is- does it have a lot of N in it?

Wow, that happened in a day? Poor lil' guy. (and that does look like a "guy" plant, by the way, if you didn't know)
edit: duh, sorry, I see I replied to one of your other threads about that.

Get it back in the shade before it loses more water.

the leafs are super soft... and have some sorta "wet" feel to it... so i should move it back to the dark area with no sunlight? is that what i should do? hmmm.. ok let me go do it now.... hopefully by tomorrow the plant will come back alive.... *sniff*

When you put a plant in direct sun, it starts to transpire very fast because all that light makes it use up water to make sugar (the primary reaction of photosynthesis requires the water molecule to donate a hydrogen to the new carbohydrate molecule).
You can slow it down by decreasing the light intensity.
Also sniff around the drain hole of the pot and if it smells funny, you have a problem. Root rot is the other cause for a plant looking close to death all of a sudden like that, and it's the reason to have LOTS of drainage and only water when the soil is dry.

Dude, that sucks. Now you have to do an autopsy.
Take it out of the pot and look at the root ball. Rootbound? Smelly? (Yeah you have to sniff it; it's okay, sometimes I taste my runoff to see how salty it is, you won't die from smelling dirt)
Generally when you have a plant with minor root rot you can bring it back to life by re-potting into EXTRA light soil and watering lightly with some serenade mixed in, and keeping it protected form direct light. But your pot is of a shape that is hard to transplant out of, because the sides curve back in, and I bet it only has ONE drain hole- fast-growing annuals need more aeration than that.
