Yesterday was feeding day and I didn't notice the spots. They are only on one plant. The other one is fine. We thought it might be a nute lock out so we started a flush. We're about 4 gallons into flushing a 3 gallon plant. Runoff PH seems to be increasing slightly with each gallon of flush. Stopped to post while the R/O machine catches up.

The pH of RO water means little to nothing.
You MUST be running CalMag on RO water and you have a distinct- guess what!- Ca and Mg deficiency.
Flush at pH 7.0-7.5 until the runoff reads 6.7 then feed with a solution of RO, CalMag, and half strength base fert at pH 6.7-7.0.

Thanks. I'll try to round some up right away.
