I can't help but wonder about something. In regards to the lazy time frame of 3 days before testing to increase a fresh layer of "clean fat" on the body.....wouldn't it be rather easy for a skinny person (5'3", 125 lbs, high metabolism and healthy eating otherwise) to eat the fatty foods during the 3 days prior to test and get a good thick layer of "clean fat" versus others who are bigger?? If that is the case, would it be easier for a skinny person to pass with dilution process with shorter notice due to the THC layer of fat being covered? Any and all opinions are welcomed.

true to a point. The other fat is still there but the new fat starts getting burned along with the old fat so in a sense its fat dillution. For people that can't sub its a good idea to learn your body by experimenting with the test strips to see how long it takes to get below the cutoff levels.

I'm doing that now...

How faint?...or solid, does the test line have to be; compared to the base line: before the testing people, would decide to send it off to the lab?

I bought 30 Quest THC test strips online for $25; to run this experiment. (thanks, for the link, kw420..)

I've been on the weed wagon, since first of September. It's killing me...:lol5:

Knotme, you've been posting here a while but I what to make sure you understand that it really isn't fat "layers" like coats of paint. It really doesn't go on top of each other.

Next, of the many things you can do while diluting, this really isn't the most important one. Sure it helps but it isn't going to have as much influence to help you pass as much as an influence on causing you to fail. The getting lazy part is really almost an unproven theory but if you look at what you are trying to do you aren't trying to add more fat to your body as you are trying not to burn fat that is on your body. You want to take in enough calories and try to increase the percentage of calories from fat in your diet to make sure that you are maintaining weight or gaining weight and not losing weight and possibly releasing extra metabolites into your bloodstream.

See what I'm saying, it's more preventive than active?

FBR...you are right about me being around here for a while. I have learned a lot from you and others by listening and reading. For curisous minds like mine I'm now trying to learn the science behind the basics which helps people pass with dilution. Maybe I tend to get a little deeper with my questions. If that bothers you with your responses (which it didn't seem to this time) I hope you overlook me. Thanks for all the wonderful input you supply to this forum. It doesn't go unnoticed. Have a great day!!!

I wonder sometimes whether there is any real "science" going on in the medical community. There just seems to be a LOT of things that they don't know and are just guessing at. Thats why its nice to have a forum like this to try and seperate fact from fiction.
