My first grow, adivce needed

Me and my old man have been growin this one plant for about 2 and a half months now, in a small plastic greenhouse.

Wanted to know if its male/female etc

Don't know what strain it is, we found the seeds in some nice gear and thought we'd try our luck LOL

It's a beautiful plant, but it is a male. That is actually a nice pic of a fully-flowered male cannabis plant, which we rarely get to see around here, since most are killed as soon as they show sex.
Definitely try again next year, this time with some more seeds, to increase your chances of getting a female. I would start 10 seeds, and pick the healthiest females to grow to harvest.

Are the bud/flowers going to get any bigger or should i just pick it now and dry it?

Pick it but don't bother drying it. Males contain only trace THC and smoking pollen will give you, at best, a big headache. If you are prone to pollen allergies, it could be outright dangerous.

:( yep. defo a male. first one ive seen wellgrown. my second attempt this year, and lucky ol me all 5 are females. good luck for the future :rasta:
