we're been trying to grow indoors but our last few attempts were not successful :(

this is our third time trying and at first the babies looked like they were not gonna make it due to insufficient or no lighting coz we were growing it in the balcony and it rained alot.

we can't afford any high-tech stuff only flouros..so we went out and got a couple of 36watts, a bottle of miracle grow and a box of aluminum foil..then we built a make-shift growroom using our clothes rack in the bedroom..

our questions are:

here's our babies at 3 mths old (1 mth only with the flouros and growroom + miracle grow)..they were grown from seedlings in peatpots then transferred into organic soil mix with sand pebbles.

they are about 20+" and beginning to bloom like never before after the lighting and miracle grow..

here are some pics..are they flowering already??? or are those just leaves? and can anyone tell the variety or species yet?

You will get told this by other people but I will let u know since no one has replied..

aluminum foil doesn't do a whole lot as far as reflecting light, it helps but plain off white paint reflects like 80% light or something like that so if your walls are white or can get them white it helps alot

and you decide when it goes into flowering by switching it to 12 hours light on and 12 hours light off make sure no light is coming in whatsoever from the outside when it's on 12/12

also i'd probably put them on 12/12 soon because I hear floros don't do that good for flowering cause it cant penetrate very deep down

keep in mind I'm also using floros and I took all this advice and it helped me alot, also probably dont use the nutes anymore once they're in flowering cuz it's more nitrogen than anything and that slows them down in flowering. My floros are 4 foot bulbs but I just took everyones advice on here and it helped me alot

as far as I can see they look pretty healthy, keep in mind i'm far from a professional as this is also my first time i've just read alot

one reason they look like they've stopped could be caused by all the nitrogen they're still getting from the soil or from the nutes you were giving them.

Give it a little time and I'm sure they should start filling out..dont know how much taller they'll get but you should see drastic differences in a couple weeks on how much more bushy they are

I really hope I could help like I said I'm not a pro grower its just no one would respond so I wanted to try to get you some advice asap then the other guys can fill in the cracks :rastasmoke::rasta::smokin::pimp:

only 3 days..well just give it a little time man chill out lol

only thing I know to tell you is make sure there is no light whatsoever when ur plants are in the dark period not even a street light or nothing

also what kind of lights are u using? are they close enough to your plants?

yea i think there's no light leak..am only using a 36 watts flouro...am on a very low budget:( it's about 3 inches away from the top of the plants...we only have 3 plants close together..
