Is there any way to get high from industrial hemp?

You are willing to go to, and the strain of hemp! A dude on a Welsh site toked some industrial hemp and felt "good" afterwards, but not really high. :)

Depending on the strain, you might be able to make an extract or hash. How good it would be would depend on the strain and how concentrated it ended up, but I wouldn't expect top quality hash. You might get a buzz, though and it would be cleaner than what passes for hash in the UK.

Also are you just looking for a high, or pain relief? Several hemp strains are supposed to be high in CBD, which is calming and pain relieving.

I'd grab a fair sample, process it however you decide to do it, and try it! The worst that happens is nothing!

So, I already dried a bit and tried a few bongs of it. Dried it in a very low oven.... Nothing happened.

what kind of ways of processing the stuff do you recommend?

I'd make canna-butter or oil, and then run the butter through again with a fresh batch of bud- double strength. If you're going to get anything out of them, that should do it. Stinkyattic has a nice recipe for "clean" canna-butter on this site.

You could also make hash, or various extracts in a couple of ways.
