ok..

I have a : 31,5 x 31,5 x 63inch enclosed box with 250w hps lamp none ventilated. Also in my house the temp usually fluctuates from 72F at night to 84F during the day. I Put temp gage in 24 inch from light and gets about 80F. So this is where I need advice not sure to to just buy a big ass fan or go the whole way with tubing and exhaust?

If possible get a 180cfm fan (inline or squirrel cage). Have a passive intake and let the fan pull cool air into the bottom and out the top. Also, if you use a rheostat you can adj the speed of the fan. As for temps, you'll have to run the lights during the coolest period as 84 degree temps are too high to cool your box. If stealth is not required you could use a plain old fan blowing into box.

ok. will one cool better then the other in your opinion? Stealth is not a factor but noise is. Also you say run the light when it is least hot. Which gives me a 4 hour window during the day to turn it off then needs to be back on for the 20/4 cycle humm.. maybe i just need to wait on a cooler part of the year.
