pre-mature bud question??

a few weeks ago someone broke all my plants that i had outside. buds are rather small since it wasnt time yet. my buds have been in mason jars for at least 2 weeks. i was wondering if there how i might be about to make the bud taste better. its tastes green u can tell it wasnt ready. its smells like some good bud in the middle but it has a funny taste to it. any help is appreciated. if you just put them in mason jars w/o drying them first....you need to do that first. then curing them will allow the cholorophyl to break down, which will help eliminate the green taste you speak of

i hung them in my closet before i put them in mason jars. they were small it took them a week to dry upside down then i have had them in mason jars for about 2 weeks. The buds are very dry and i open the mason jars once a day should i just keep them in mason jars for longer so it tastes better?

being so young I kinda doubt there is much you can do.
