Had a random today and subbed with QF 4.2. The nurse was a substitute for the regular co. nurse and I'm worried she might have screwed up.

Everything went great except that after checking the temp on the temp strip(98)
I handed my sample over, then she set it on the counter while opening the small vial. She then poured the sample into the vial, THEN glanced at the temp strip.
She then marked on the form later 94! Will this be suspicious? I about jumped out of my skin but I didn't dare protest. Anyone think I should chill?

Congrats your in!!! the temp varies from a little over 90 to 100 you are good to go. If the temp had been out you would have been told to piss again. RANDOMS and the people who order and/or give them suck a$$

Nope, not at all.

For one, the temp was still within the acceptable limits of 90 -100 degrees.

Second, a temperature drop is to be expected when transferring warmed up liquids into an empty container of cooler temp.

The nurse's procedure was improper to begin with. The nurse should have recorded the temp on the test form first, before transferring the sample into a vial. The sample temp must be checked and recorded within 4 minutes after submission.

Thanx, It is a VERY liberating feeling to F with the system and have a sense of freedom again. Ordered 2 bottles in my original order and I'm ordering some more. Prolly need to get thru 5 or 6 more and then I'm off the shit-list. :smokin:

I do have another question, when a sample is sent to another state is it kept cold? would real urine show show up in a different condition than QF?
