I got some stuff last night and it was very damp/moist, and hard to pull apart. Much "wetter" than I've experienced before. Also it is pretty leafy/seedy unfortunately. High is not too intense, seems like an indica. I have heard Beasters is weed that has been sprayed with shit so I thought this might be why it was wet?

Will post a pic after I get my camera working.

different people/regions call beasters different things. up around chicago-land beasters are just small popcorn nugs, north of texas a bit, you don't hear the term often

what you have is probably some poorly harvested homegrown. they didn't dry long enough, nor take the time to trim. i doubt its been sprayed with anything other than a folar fertilizer, if even that. hate to say it but you probably got a raw deal, herb loses something like 75% of its weight while drying, so if you dry it out more the ammount in your sack will be less than what you paid for.

Do these shoes look like they fit? ;)

Nobody will be able to tell without a picture. "Beasters" is a widely used term... so you will probably get a variety of answers as to what it actually is. The general belief is that it's M39, grown commercially in Canada, improperly dried/cured, most likely did not receive that necessary FINAL flush to clean up the finish product, it gets tumbled and vac'd for the exterior trichomes so they can make hash... then sell the buds. :wtf:

Although, it is not normally known for it's abundance of seeds. If it is a small bag that has a lot of seeds, and it IS Beasters, it is probably the result of self pollination. Since they are commercially grown, indoors, the chances of male pollination is unlikely. Edit: The Beasts that I have had in the past have never been noticeably wet. The chlorophyl smell is there, but it is completely dry when I get it. Bud that is actually WET is lame. As mentioned, it will lose a lot of weight upon drying. Here is a picture of what I consider to be textbook Beaster buds. I'll smoke the shit out of some Beasters. People say they don't like them... and it should NEVER be considered high quality (I've seen people push it for like 50) but if I can get an oz for under 200 then I'll keep that in reserve ALL day. Also, the viable seeds from actual Beasters can be a blast to grow with. They turn out some decent product as long as you baby the shit out of them. They will most likely herm up on you if conditions aren't monitored closely.

Put up a picture and let's see your junk... haha that sounded bad :stoned:

Is it just me or is everyone on the boards swamped with wet weed now? This is the third thread in as many days of someone saying they have wet buds.

Who knows what Beasters anymore. Beasters around here is usually nuggets that look pretty primo, but end up not being so hot, usually because it's damp. Look up some curing methods and I guarantee you're high will be better. Wet bud is far and away one of the worst things to happen to bud.

yeah seems like everyone is having this problem right now. I'm not, but thats because i can't find any bud at all, haha. Yeah, every post I read with the word 'beasters' in it someone gives a different meaning to the word. I think people should stop saying it since no one seems to know the exact meaning lol, but hey that's just my opinion.

Except for prohibition right? haha  But yeah... you can cure it into much better smoke. Getting it dry should be your first priority... IF you have enought that will last you for a bit. You don't want mold. Get those pics up yo :stoned:
