3 1/2 week old plants

hey everyone.i am new to this site and am doing my first grow...was just trying to get some feedback on the plants...there is one that wont stand up..looks healthy except for that..and we are doing the same to it as we are the other 2..also...we had 2 different kinds of seeds..2 of one kind and 1 of another...the one laying down is one of the 2 seeds of one strain so it is weird...just curious if you have any suggestions...and also how tall i should let the go till i put them on the 12/12 cycle..i am aiming to be done by dec 1 as i am having a baby girl in dec..thanks to anyone who reads and looks at the pics...i dont know how to post them on this thread but they are on my profile...thanx again

ok..i think i fixed it..sorry about that...from the top..started germinating aug 12..about 3-4 days later..moved to jiffy cups..then to potting soil...each plant right now has a flourescent droplight for itself...about 125 watts i believe...i think i need more lights but for now..it is what it is..as i am offshore..and will be for a few more days before a hurricane slams us..they have been drinking desani bottled water and the last 2 times i added a lil tiny bit of miracle grow...about 1/3 or the small side mesuring spoon...and that mixed in with the water fed all 3 plants.....if u look at the plants..the 1st 2 pics of of the same stain..and the 3rd on is a different strain..as u can see by the leaves..thanx

Looks like they did some serious stretching...trying to reach the light. The floro lights need to be very close....2 inches away. That's probably why the one fell over.

And the soil should have had perlite added/mixed in. The soil looks terrible, and bottled water is not the best thing either.

Other than that...not too bad for floro lighting.

i am putting up another pic..but the reason i had the lights a lil higher is it looks like one of the plants burned on 2 leaves...i will post the top shot of it...so its probably to late to mix the pearlite in...what should i do..and if not bottled water..just plain tap water..i read that the chlorine in tap water is bad for it

Tap is usually better than bottled water. (long story)

Describe your light...exactly. Is it a CFL bulb on a droplight?

its just one of those fourescents with 4 bulbs inside..about a foot long...one you would get at home depot...lol...or thats where i got it...lol...u can put it on with just 2 of the bulbs or all 4...i have 2 of those...then 1 thats a single bulb about 2 foot long...that i got from sears...craftsman to be exact...but i think i am going to get rid of that one...doesnt seem to be as bright as the other one...but i think it is more watts...and thats the one that is mainly over the one tall one..the one that looks like it got burned on those 2 leaves...all 3 lights were about 30$ a piece
