Plant is in third week of flower, very healthy, one problem........my light will not go any higher and the top of my plan is about an inch below a 150 watt hps......I have a fan blowing on it an the temp at the very top of the plant is around 82........she seems too rigid to LST anymore......don't think it will grow more than maybe two more inches....but I don't have two more inches.....WHAT SHOULD I DO ?????? Would it be a good/bad idea to maybe cut my losses and remove the top cola so the rest of the plant can use up that energy???? This is my first grow ever and I've only used one seed.....the plant is at 32 inches with lots of great looking flowers.......I don't want to kill my first try....I'd like to see this all the way to harvest......Please advise.........

Gently bend her ...take some string and tie her down...you won't hurt anything ...but be gentle cuz you don't want her to snap...you gonna need more then two inches or you gonna run into the bleaching effect...just keep tying her down...
Good Luck

just tried tying her down but she seems pretty stiff and I can't bend her far enough away from the lights......any other ideas....or am I screwed?

Bleaching effect...is when your plants are too close to the light they start to fade and turn leaf and bud white...
As far as bending them.. yes when flower starts they become more rigid and bending them becomes harder to do, but if you can take some string and rap around the branch you want to bend and pull in down as far as it will go and then tie other end to main stem.. leave a day or two then go back and pull it down some more till you get it where you want...hope this makes sense as i'm very medicated right now...
Good luck
