250w HPS

hey all, now i know i probably should not be asking this question on here, but i need to find a 250w hps to buy from someone for cheap. i am looking to start a small stealth cabinet grow and 250 seems to be the best bet for the situation. any and all help would be greatly appreciated!! i have a 400 watt light with a capacitor out i am willing to trade with someone if that is possible as well.
