I have two plants in a sun hut, about a week into flowering, we started with some powdery mildew late in veg and to combat it i used some neem oil. The problem is that now the leaves look burned, worse than the powdery mildew which is still lingering around.
Is this burn normal for neem oil? Or does it look like light burn?
Would foliar feeding water help? or just increase the powdery mildew?

The problem you will have with neem and any other horticultural oils is that they can cause SUFFOCATION of your plants. This is because the stomata, tiny pores mostly on the undersides of the leaves, need to be able to open and close freely to help the plant adjust to changing environmental conditions- they help it keep cool and exchange moisture and gases with the surrounding atmosphere, like a combination of human lungs AND sweat glands, lol! When they get gunked up with too much oil, they clog and fail to exchange gases, and the plant can't intake enough CO2 to photosynthesize etc, and that part of the tissue will simply die.
Use Serenade instead, which is a beneficial bacterium (B. subtilis) and contains no oil. It is safe to use at any time during the plant's cycle.

You could also invest in a Sulfur Vaporizer to eradicate the PM. I only wish I new where to get one locally and reasonably priced....kinda waiting on that answer atm, and will report back.

Then there's PREVENTION. Get a dehumidifier- if you have PM in veg, you'll have rot in flower. Treat the source, not the symptom.
