Misdemeanor/Probation Q?

Alright I have a misdemeanor and am on probation, I was wondering what would happen if I got caught with possession. I live in California. Thank You and stay irie!

You should refer to your probation paperwork, and go over it with your attorney.
In my state, which is not your state, if you are on probation and then get arrested for something else, you then have to go back to court and could actually serve the sentence that accompanied the original charge.

This is definitely something to get clarified through the attorney who originally handled your case- that's his or her job!
