Seeds start to build up.
Will they mature if the light cycle will be swiched from 12/12 to 24/0?

why would you go back to 24 hour lighting?...if your plants are producing seeds you need to just let them finish...going back into veg is not gonna make the seeds go away...what it will do is turn your plant hermie...let it finish and grab them seeds and plant for next run...you'll be surprised at what them seeds will do...good luck

O'skool has it right ... do NOT revert to vegetation lighting schedules, you will light-stress the plant, hermies, weird leaf growth etc...

Seeds will continue to mature on any cycle, and I have produced viable seeds on a vegetating female before, but it's far better to stay on 12/12 until you see the calyxes that contain the seeds turn pale and papery, indicating that they are no longer feeding a developing seed, and the seed is ready to harvest.
Then, remove all the seeds from the plant, and as much BUD mass as you can, leaving as many of the LEAVES as possible.
Go back to 24/0, put the plant under the BLUEST light you have, and hit her with a double or triple dose of superthrive, but still no more than 4 drops per one gallon, ONCE. Also remember that you need to severely cut back on the watering!!! The plant haas lost a lot of bulk and won't be needing nearly the water she did before.
Good luck.
