LED's or Flurescents help

I'm new to growing indoor so obviously i have a lot of questions, What is better for growing indoors LED's or Flurescent lights i need to know everything because i have never grown with either of these.:question:

well there is alot of info here for ya, just check the "stickied" forums at the top of the growing and indoor lighting sections. as for LED vs.CFL: unless youve got the cash to spend(read $600 to well over a thousand) then use CFLs. im one of the biggest proponents of LEDs on these boards(see my sig.), but if youre learning how to grow then id suggest staying out for the next year or so as by then there should be many more viable options. and by then youll know exactly what your doing before experimenting w/ new light.

....oh just re-read your post "new to indoor"...well i love my procyons and have never personally used CFLs, but those growers who have used both seem to agree theyre getting better growth from there LEDs at proper power.
