S&P TD-150 MixVent - Intall Help!!

I've heard nothing but good things about this fan: quiet, efficient and bad ass. I received mine today but need some help with wiring...yea, they don't come with cords.

Anyone have one of these? Please send some knowledge this way if ya do...
