Cabinet designs

Hi, I'm not much of a carpenter, but I was hoping to build myself a cabinet soon, something maybe 3' x 3' or 4' x 4'. Does anyone have a link to some plans for something like this or similar? Thanks in advance!

well if I was you I would rather take two plastic bins top to top, and hong one side, but I'm sure someone will come along with a setup
