I used rock wool to start my seeds and everything worked out, so I kept them in rock wool and put them into hydron rocks, but now that they have leaves, when I water them seems like the rock wool don't drain or dry out. This causes them to be over watered. Is there guidance on how often to water rock wool? I'm pretty sure they are getting to much nutrients because of this problem. Does anyone have advice? Thanks :stoned:

Pull the RW up out of the hydroton so that it's pretty much sitting on top of the hydroton- arrange yer dripper line so that the stream hits the bottom of the block, and solution runs down off of bottom of block and thru hydroton.

Once the plants get better established, it won't make much differance.

Dude, Run a fan 24/7, it will help with drying them out and move some air around. Watering time is normally 3 times a day, 15 mins per time, 2 hours before and after the lights go off and on and one in the middle, I hope that helps and makes sense.
