Barista Throws Boiling Water On Flasher

PARKLAND, Wash. -- A man dressed in womanâ??s underwear and exposing himself drove up to a Parkland espresso stand three times before one of the baristas threw a cup of boiling water at him, said the Pierce County Sheriffâ??s Office.

Jamae Feddock, a bikini clad barista at Java Girls, said she first thought the man dressed in womenâ??s underwear and exposing himself was a sick joke, until the man came back several times.

The first time he came to the window Feddock said he was wearing a white bra and white panties and touching himself inappropriately.

Then he came back a second time.

â??He has underwear over his face, he's wearing hot pink panties now and the underwear that he was wearing is over his face and there's a little peephole so he can see,â? Feddock said.

Feddock and another barista were working around 5 a.m. last Thursday when the incident happened. They tried to get a look at the manâ??s license plate, but that too was covered up with womenâ??s underwear.

When the man came back a third time one of the baristas took a cup of scolding hot water and doused him with it.

â??Kylie opened the door and threw boiling hot water on his face and his chest and he said oooh yeah,â? Feddock said.

Police agencies around Pierce County said they are seeing more and more incidents of indecent exposure -- as more coffee stands open -- many with women dressed provocatively -- or barely dressed at all.

â??I don't think we can make a quid pro quo there that this is causing the effect, and they certainly don't deserve that behavior, but we do have some of these stands that have been victimized by these activities,â? said Det. Sgt. Jerry Bates a Pierce County Sheriffâ??s Deputy.

lol some like it HOT!

But to assault a non-violent harasser with a cup of hot water? That seems a bit extreme and worthy of jail time too.

He was sexually harrasing her, he's lucky he didn't get a slug through his skull.

He is a potentially dangerous and could come back at night for this girl. Violent offenders often start out like this.

That actually is my definition of violence.

heh... everyone is potentially dangerous and violent. I'll just never understand why people wanna fight over simple things like a mean look or obscene gestures. It's so primitive... Why stoop lower to provoke or combat them? Just laugh it off and call the cops.... you never know who might be hiding a concealed weapon as a last resort.

She's lucky that he didn't fight back with her, instead he gets aroused. That's just so strange. Wish there was a security tape of it.

He probably said 'ooh yeah' because that was what was expected.
Too embarressed to say 'ouch, you bitch'..because that could get him in more trouble...

Like when a kid lies to a bully and says, 'nah, it's ok you can have my football, I want you to have it'.

Actually, there's not a whole lot of correlation between paraphilia and future violent behavior- if anything, it's a negative correlation. This guy is likely to behave in some truely bizarre manners, but not likely to become a rapist. Much more likely to mug a woman for her panties than commit rape, for instance. It's about making people uncomfortable/shocked, not an interpersonal dominance behavior. If he had been getting out of the car- differant story...

Dude shoulda just found a professional that he could have constructively expressed this aspect of his sexuality with- woulda been cheaper than the medical bills ( cuz ya know that no insurer is gonna pay this claim without an explanation and probabley some documentation.)

I dunno- I mostly feel sorry for folks like this. Gotta be difficult to make any kind of meaningful connection with a partner.

Guy clearly doesn't have a whole lot of control over his behavior- hopefully the adverse experiance will help him to regain some.

On the other hand, this really is pretty funny...
