I just wanted to register here and thank you guys for the substituation advice I received trolling around looking for answers. By following the sticky and other threads recommendations (Its almost NECESSARY to have a heat source) I was able to pass my random today and I get to keep my job.
Thanks to all who've contributed, the sticky guy and this forum for being around and doing a good service for the good guys. I appreciate it.
