Can you store a mother plant under a t5 system or is that not enough light?

Depends how big she is, and how big the T5 system is.

I'm thinking about keeping her in something like this

Could I just keep some cfl's on her and be ok? I'll be doing all the necessary maintenance to keep her healthy without letting her get unruly.
