Shorter Highs????

from what i hear food will ruin the high just grab a slice of pizza... then when you finished enjoying what would feel like the greatest meal in your life... light another bowl :) smoke on my brotha's

The effects from oral consumption of cannabis can last 4-6 hours or longer depending on how much is eaten and how it was made.
I miss read, but that kind of relates anyways so i'll leave it. It you want a longer high eat .5-.75g in a firecracker or something.
Smoking for me the high usually lasts an hour with some after effects up to a couple hours later.
I have heard eating will shorten the high. Drinking a lot of water however may potentiate it.

i think your high wearing off has mostly to do wtih the fat/sugar content of the food you are eating....if i was to say eat rice, butter, and sugar...... i will be sober instantly no matter how much i smoked seems one small bowl (bout a cups worth) will neutralize any high i had....on the other hand if i was to even eat 2 cups of crackers i don't lose any of my high....or if i do it's not noticable by me. i think it's cuz the sugar creates energy which we all know when your high you usually get tired and un motivated and since thc is fat soulable i guess the fat you eat soaks up the thc....

I remember eating ramen noodles one time while high with very little broth in them, so the broth was really concentrated. It was the best tasting meal I have ever eatin. I love eating while i'm high. I havent really noticed it making me come down faster, but for some reason my highs usually last a really long time anyway so I dunno.

i do that but when my family would actually get together for thanksgiving and hav ea big ass dinner i would like not eat for two days before hand smoke about 3 fat sweets right before i go....we'd end up waiting about an hour (until everyone was there) before we'd eat so i would be so fucking hungry at that point i'd just wanna puek....and omg food tasted so good when i woudl do that....you should try that before going to the buffet.....it's amazing.....it's like you've been on a deserted island for years eating coconuts and then coming back and yea....

sometimes i come down quicker and sometimes i don't.. its crazy.. all in know is i have to have a pepsi or ice tea while i am smokin or i go nuts lol!!

Yeah man thanksgiving was the shit! I smokes some fat bowls and went for a thanks giving dinner, that turkey and the rest of the food was so good!

since alcohol absorbs thc, if u took like 3 shots and smoked a few bowls, would it make the thc stay in your system longer, or just suck it up and destroy your high?

Yes, I've noticed this phenomenon also. Eating or drinking, doesn't matter. Someone mentioned taking showers will wear a high off too, but not for me. The other day I was stoned and ran around cleaning the house, doing pushups and situps, then took a shower, and was just as high as when I'd started. Best shower of my life, I'll add. :)
