Can anyone tell me how to do it??? I know i need that startup disk thing but dont know where to find it...can any1 help me at alll...PLEASE...my comp is FUCKED!!!!:(

you'll need that disk...no sense removing your os w/o it.

Yeah you should be sure that you have your OS disk before you reformat and also make sure that you have a disk containing any drivers that you need (you have drivers for your sound card, graphics card, basically anything connected to your computer) Once you have all your stuff together the process is quite simple I know I have done it a few times. I don't remember the exact process of the top of my head but do a search on google or im sure www.ehow.com probably has some instructions to follow.

hey, i can help you here, if you still havent ur CURRENT windows cd, you must restart your computer with the cd inside ur drive, and make sure when ur computer starts up that u press the corisponding F button (F1-F12) im not sure which one it should tell you, that says "Boot from CD" and if you follow everything it says, and do it right you can freshly install windows again, and it erases everything, but if u do it wrong, it will only reinstall windows and you'll remain with all current files.

download linux, its free, fuck windows. Burn that on a cd, then go to the C: drive or wherever your Operating system is, left click and then format drive.
