how long to clean up?

i have a drug test coming up for my new employer.i have smoked consistantly for 4 years and have heard various answers about how long it takes to get it outta your urine. anybody know how long it would take. if longer than a week what product is my best bet on passing. any insight would be helpfull.

It varies...it depends mostly on how much body fat you have, metabolism and your exercise regimen. I'm a heavy toker and fairly skinny person and cleaned up in 16 days by taking cranberry juice, a diuretic (I used Aqua-Ban) and exercise (but not much of that, lol). Beer will help too...whatever it takes to make you pee more will help with cleansing your bod.

A heavy toker will want to stop smoking 2-4 weeks before a urine test, at least 4 weeks for a blood test. Best bet, buy a faux penis and use clean urine.

I've heard rumors about people adding a drop or two of bleach to their urine tests and testing clean.

For a real heavy toker, 4 weeks may not be enough. It all depends on how fast your body metabolizes the THC and passes it through. Urine tests will show positive longer than blood. AFA buying a false penis (AKA Whizzinator), they aren't all they're made out to be. Read the substitution sticky, get some Quick Fix from a local head shop or on-line and you should be good.

I lived in Amsterdam for 7 years. It took me almost 2 months to clean up when I moved back. Everybody is different. If you are young and skinny you will clean up faster than me. There is no simple answer on how you can clean up in 7 days. Take a home test. Read the stickies.

It will probably take more than a week to get clean and could take 2 months depending on metabolism and other factors. Just sub with synthetic urine.
