Problem with one Church plant

What's good? I got 5 Church plants right now that are in day 23 of flowering and one of them looks pretty bad right now and I'm wondering what could be the issue. Here's a picture of it.

Can you fill out the troubleshooting form? It looks like you may have more than one problem.
