need some advice

lets c if i can get this right. would it matter if i started flowering because of all the negatives with my first grow.i feed every three days with peters professional 24-8-16. the soil is miracle grow potting mix.the plant is in veg stage,i leave it in the sun all day in one spot, im in northcali valley where it gets super hot.its stays outside, but can be moved in or out.or can i switch the pot that its in change the dirt and wait till october.oh yeah its in a ceramic pot with a little hole at the bottom.

no doubt its the sun making some of the leaves droop....they will perk up =] keep her well watered, shes a keeper
